Falaya
Restoration Therapy is a private practice spearheaded by Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Falaya DeSilva. With over 20 years of experience as a dynamic speaker, educator, entrepreneur and change agent within her community, Falaya has a passionate mission to empower individuals to live their best lives.
Falaya's life-work exemplifies her commitment to serving and preserving family, with a special heartfelt calling to champion the needs of women and adolescents. She specializes in treating anxiety based disorders, and victims of emotional abuse. Utilizing an interfaith and eclectic therapeutic approach, she is an expert in facilitating her clients on a journey to healing and restoration, while equipping them with the tools needed to reclaim their optimum quality of well being.
Falaya is also the Founder and CEO of a nonprofit organization, Destiny House Foundation, Inc., a state licensed agency that provides foster and adoption services. In addition, Destiny House Foundation provides support services to the underserved population of transitional-aged youth.
Possessing great tenacity and God-given vision, it is clear to see that Ms. DeSilva is a trailblazing, unstoppable mogul, making a positive impact where ever she goes. As a dedicated vessel, she has an innate gift to pull individuals out of the mental trenches of hurt and pain, and bring them to the fountain of restoration and new beginnings. Her motto is to empower others to heal from their past, prepare for their future, and learn to be effective in their present.

After working with several youth within the social services system, Falaya founded Destiny House Foundation, Inc., a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization dedicated to assisting and providing resources for transitional aged youth who have aged out of the social services system.
